Application for Rental Housing

We currently have 75 rental units under contract. Occasionally, there are some single family homes, but most are apartments. Very few apartments rent for less than $350, very few homes rent for less than $400. A deposit is required on every unit which is equal to one month's rent. Most landlords do not allow pets or require extra deposit for pets.
